On 2nd July, 2020, Kley Kley News reported “The Ministry of Public Works and Transport has announced a delay in the transfer of ownership of the vehicle without finding its first vehicle owner until September 30, 2020. The decision was made after the ministry observed that the number of people coming to the service had increased steadily from day to day and had been alerted to carry out citizen duties. In case of expiration of the above period, the Ministry required to undertake the transfer of all types of vehicle ownership shall be subject to the original vehicle owner's thumbprint
We fully agree on the announcement of The Ministry of Public Works and Transport, hopefully Cambodian drivers do not take case for granted.
The Ministry of Public Works also calls on people to get timely services, avoid losses or face fines and to ensure safe travel.
